Tree House

Shoe whirled around as the cowpig was in mid-sentence. Drawing out that long and dangerous spear which he spun in one hand and stopped by grabbing it with the other. The blade closest to the ground taking only the finest of slices off of a few grass blades that grew from the rocky cliff edge. All of which had happened in the matter of an instant, the muscles under his skin were tense, and his eyes were fixated on the stranger.
He looked about ready to
kill somebody.

However he only stood his ground and stared, this was no longer a beast they were dealing with, but a 'person'. Who looked very much like.. Keomai.

"Who the hell are you!?" Shoe said loudly with a demanding tone. He didn't bother to reply to the stranger's civilized approach with his own. They boy was raised in a much more action oriented culture.

Fawsew sits on shoes shoulder with a wtf expression on "so now theres more of her?"

Keomai blinked, looking at Shoe, before looking back up at the stranger. Wtf. This guy was all touchy touchy holding her. >:C She shoved him stumbling back, tail whipping around. " It can't.. be..." She muttered. "I've never seen.. Someone of my race..!" She shook her head, biting on her lip. How was this possible? She staggered back a little closer to Shoe, frowning.

The man fell back a little to the shove, sighing some, raising his hands. "Please..! No need to get hostile...!" He said, standing back up straight. "My name is sky." He replied to the question with a bow. Irronic lmao. A wind dragon named sky. *giggle* Anyways.. He looked over to Keomai. "WE are dragons of the wind."

Keomai stared wide eye'd scoffing. "I'm not a dragon! I'm a person!" She frowned. This made no sense. "I'm not even from this dimention!"

Sky smiled a little shaking his head. "That's where you're wrong! You ARE from this dimention. From a clan of a dieing species." He was pretty much ignoring Shoe and Fawsew now.

Though he was being ignored, Shoe was learning more then he could swallow. Keomai...a dragon? How could this be? He didn't like this 'Sky' person. Not in the least.
With a low hunter's tone, he spoke to Fawsew for his opinion on this guy. Shoe was good at keeping a conversation private, having to speak to fellow hunters in the presence of prey, who always had the best of hearing.

"Fawsew...what's going on.." He only hoped the cowpig could mimic the trained whisper. And at this moment, he wasn't sure of approaching Keomai. He felt like he knew even less about her now that he knew more. However she seemed so lost, so confused. He took a step toward her, eyes still fixed on Sky.

"shoe..." fawsew whispers in shoes ear "your guess is as good as mine right about now... but im not sure we can trust this guy just yet... we need more info on him befor ill trust him" faw sead with a snort

Sky was approaching Keo much more than Shoe, bending down on one knee to take yet a more respectful bow. "Its tru-..!!"

Keomai didn't even give him the chance to finish, kicking upwards knocking him back, hands balled into fists. "And why should I believe you!?" Sky looked up at her in slight shock, surprised she kicked him. He didn't see that one coming. "Because..! Just look at me! We are one in the same! You can't deny the similiarities!" He tried to make her believe. This was getting aggrivating.

She frowned shaking her head. he was right, there were too many similiarities to deny it, but she still didn't want to believe it. She looked at Shoe, with an actually kind of scared look on her face, starting to find less and less about the fact to deny. A dragon? You've got to be kidding.

As if from the shadows just when she needed her, Klitch sprung out of the leafy edges, tackling Sky in the face, sending him off the cliff. Klitch was a smart girl, having grabbed the edge of it before she went down with him, crawling back up dusting herself off. "Nusciense." She muttered.

When Keomai kicked Sky, Shoe ran over to her and grabbed her lower arm, holding the spear in the other hand. He quickly turned his head to see Klitch attacking Sky over the cliff edge, which he watched intently until she emerged over the edge. He looked at Keomai at the corner of his eye, then back at the cliff edge.

This Sky person...had wings...

he did indeed, but decided not to use them. It was obvious no one was ready for him to be there. Keomai was tense, and she looked at Shoe frowning. He probably thought she was a freak now. She inhaled shakily, before Klitch came bounding out tackling Sky right off the cliff. "KLITCH!" She screamed, strangled for words. But Klitch came back over, and she sighed, dropping to her knees. "STUPID!" she sniffled at her.

"this is EXACTLY why I wanted to leave!" She grumbled, dusting herself off. She knew about this? Keomai gave her an odd glance as the little creature muttered angry curses and such. >:C

"wow" faw sead with one eyebrow raised

"now you see shoe... that my friend is called pwnage yuhmm" he sead to shoe standing & crossing his arms on shoes shoulder

"Pwnage huh..?"

He gave Fawsew a sly smirk, "Why don't you ever pwn like that, eh Fawsew?" Shoe wanted to lighten the mood, so he was trying to bust the cowpig's chops a little.

">C i would pwn like that if i was that big >.>" he shouted at shoe

"hell i can pwn your ass if i was that big...cocky little basterd" faw sead under his grunting breath

Shoe cupped a hand to his ear as if to listen better. "What was that?" He had a VERY amused look on, grin and all, but a cunning glare to his eye.

"Something about me being cocky? Coming from the guy who thinks he could kick my butt if he was my size?" He said between chuckles. "I'm afraid you'd have to be in better shape to take on a task like that Fawsew." He said, giving the cowpig a light jab in his pudgy gut. "I'd be dancing circles around you!"

"Besides, Klitch isn't really all that big most of the time. She's about... your size." He gave a wink with a smile and waved a finger around in an aerial heart. One could only assume he was pulling at the strings of 'you know you want her ;)'.

"pffft...wait... WHAT NOOO >8P i dun want klitch v.v besides even if i did want her she prob doesnt like me :c im no human.. thing im just a cowpig *slaps his hand on his forehead clenching his other hand infront of him* who would ever love a cowpig :c"

"Ooooh, no need to go into self denial now." he said with unalarmed cheerfulness. "If you just keep thinking that's what you are then..well that's just what you are." He continued to smile, and though his tone was still slightly mocking, there was a hint of advice behind it.

Keomai wasn't catching the light mood drift, as if some negative feild kept it from reaching her ears. She stared over the cliff side. Who the hell...? Just who the hell!? The laughter caught her ear finally as she looked over her shoulder and back at Shoe. "......"

Klitch blushed. "wwwhhaaattttt?!" She tapped her long bunny like foot with thought, looking at Keomai, before back to Shoe as if trying to mentally tell him that later on she'd probably need some comfort.

The boy's rare joy quickly vanished. He glanced at Klitch, face alert yet confused. He then looked at Keomai.

"..."

Shoe was never that good at comforting anyone. He never had the words to say, and if her ever had, he never had the nerve to say them.

"K-...Keo?" He said with almost uncharacteristic timidness, but eyes fixed on her. He reached out a hand as if to put it on her shoulder, but pulled away. His eyes then fixed themselves on the ground, head low. A distant, upset, and intense stare.


He couldn't do this.

Keomai looked up when her name was said, and her ears twitched. She watched him try and fail epically, before noticing it was her that made the mood die. She perked, trying to stand up, but tripped and stumbled forwards, wrapping her arms around Shoe's waist as to not fall lmao. She looked up at him, ears twitching up and down, before she let out that one laugh smile thing, trying to make up for killing the mood.

Klitch nodded her head a little looking away, rubbing the side of her face, looking off the cliff's edge ".... Hmm." She rubbed her fuzzy cheeks.

He quickly lifted his head. After a quick side to side glance with only his eyes he wrapped his arms around her, helping her a bit more to her feet, with a slightly soothing smile. A little more at ease knowing she wasn't upset about his lack of skills when it came to the emotional anatomy of others. Also if anything, trying to lightn the mood once again. This morning had a rather rough start.

Keomai stood on her feet a little easier, wrapping her arms around his shoulders to keep herself stable. She smiled up at him again, looking around. "we should go back now. I'm sure that everyone is already awake by now..." she pointed out, looking up at shoe trying to pass this whole event off like it never happened.

He stared for a second, then blinked. "Uh..."

Afetr passing Fawsew a quick glance, and looked back to her.

"Sure." He desided that this wasn't.. that big of a deal. Besides, in his heart he really wanted to protect Keomai. How could he go back for simply knowing a little more?

"..."

Keomai sighed, finally having her balance, letting her hands slip down and back around his waist, ears twitching. She was as unsure about this as him, and in truth didn't really wanna move. Her unease showed as her ears kept twitching up and down, her tail swishing around pushing the grass to and fro. She yawned, having woke up earlier than normal before looking back up at shoe, ears still twitching. "Maybe today we can start heading back towards where you wanna go....!" She smiled some.

He watched her ears for a second, until she looked up to him. Shoe turned his eyes onto hers, and stared for a second. Something about simply forgetting this felt... wrong for some reason. He kept an even and reassuring tone. Perhaps a little traveling is just what they need to get their minds off of this.


"Are you sure?"

Keomai blink, dropping her head against his chest. "I don't ever wanna leave your side... So of course..!" She replied, for a minute forgetting any one but her and him were there. And once they came back into mind, she blushed, holding onto him a little tighter turning her head off to the side, having a reason now to not let go, keeping her red cheeks hidden against him. She kept her eyes to the ground.

He stared for a moment, as if her knew why she hid her face against him. He put a hand on her head and somewhat pet her hair, letting the golden strands fall between his fingers. He replied with a smile.

"Haha, alright then."

She leaned against him a little more, sighing as he pet her head. dksghdfg she always fell asleep when people did that, and she was trying he best not to. She smiled, nuzzling her cheek against his chest a little. "So why are you going towards this way...?" She asked, looking up, thinking she was in the clear but her face was clearly just as red, after the petting.
